This certification program has three mandatory stages or levels. The students are required to pass the certification test and pass the criteria of each level to progress to the next.
Level 1-Duration: 4 Months
In this stage, students have to complete a minimum of 616 hours of the training program. Each academic month of this level requires 22 days of classroom training with 7 class hours per day and additional hours for assessment tests.
The students must attend four monthly assessment tests, also known as Monthly Tests and a Pre-FLC Test.

Level 3 -Duration: 3 Months
This level, known as "Shadowing," happens at the recruiting partner's facility located in Bangalore. During this period, the stipends paid to students shall be ₹15,000/- per month for a minimum of 3 months.
